The front desk now closes at 7:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday, 10:00 p.m. on Friday and 9:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Call the resort at 1-800-468-0055 [or click here] for late check-in instructions.
If you are sending guests in your place, we MUST have written permission from you before they are allowed to check-in.
Please note any changes of address on this card.
Absolutely no pets allowed on property.
Please notify the resort if you wish to place your week on the rental program. You will receive 50% of the rental revenue if you have completed a rental agreement.
If you plan to deposit your week with RCI or II, you MUST call them directly. Their numbers are: RCI (1-800-338-7777) or II (1-800-828-8200). SunBay is no longer responsible for depositing weeks.
