BY INITIALING HERE I GIVE MY CONSENT TO S.P.O.A. TO RENT THIS UNIT AT A DISCOUNTED RATE. PLEASE INITIAL

CONDITIONS OF RENTAL AGREEMENT

  In consideration of the efforts and services of SunBay, ( S.P.O.A.), I hereby grant S.P.O.A. the irrevocable right to rent the property herein described at a fair market rate. Upon the rental of this property within the terms of this agreement, I agree to pay S.P.O.A. a 50% commission of the gross rental, and authorize S.P.O.A. to deduct that amount from the rent collected. I also authorize S.P.O.A. to pay to the Condominium Association , if requested by the Association , any assessments, fees or other charges due the Association for which I have been previously billed.

  I understand that I may secure a renter, but first must check with S.P.O.A. to see if the condominium unit has already been rented. If I personally secure my own renter without the aid of S.P.O.A., no commission shall be due S.P.O.A.

  I understand that S.P.O.A. is acting as my rental agent for the specified time described above and that " I ", not S.P.O.A., am responsible for any loss or damage to the condominium unit or the Association property caused by any renter, since " I " am the actual owner of the unit and week listed above.

  I  understand that if I want to cancel this agreement that I must do so by mail and only if my unit is not previously rented or if rented the renter (s) can be moved to another unit.

NOTE: If a check is to be sent as a result of your unit being rented, it will be mailed within thirty ( 30 ) - sixty ( 60 ) days after your week is over. Also your Social Security Number is required before a check can be sent to you.
